Other Bookings Applications for Avalon Software

The Avalon Bookings Manager can be used in a wide variety of applications.
We describe the system as a Resource Manager.  A resource can be anything for you take bookings.
Some examples of where Avalon Bookings Manager is currently used include:-

Course Management Software
This is a new product that has been supplied to a major leisure centre who use the software to manage their swimming course bookings.  A variant of this product is now on general release and can be used to manage any type of course, where tracking student attendance and attainment is important.

EPoS Systems for Hospitality and Conference Centres

 Complete systems including EPoS terminal, kitchen and receipt printer, Avalon Bookings Manager together with installation and training are available from around £20 per week.

 
The Avalon Bookings Manager has been designed to link to ICr Touch Software installed on Hospitality EPoS Systems, which are supplied through our partner company CJ-PoS who have many years experience in this field. These are supplied in partnership with CJ-PoS - Epos Systems Made Easy

Avalon Bookings Manager when linked to EPoS will store any transactions Booked to Room will be stored and printed on the final bill along with the bookings charges.  This ensures that items the customer has charged to their room during their stay will not be forgotten when they are presented with their final bill.  Jointly we have supplied Avalon Bookings Manager and EPoS systems to Hotels, Conference Centres and Leisure Centres
