We now have a program designed to help manage the attendance register and student attainment of child and adult training courses. This is a simple product that has been supplied to a major leisure centre who use the software to manage their swimming course bookings. Their courses are held on a timetable basis and consist of students who progress through various levels of attainment. The students will generally move as a group from one level to the next and the program has the facilities to manage this easily. It also maintains a student contact record together with the contact details for parents or guardians A variant of this product is now on general release and can be used to manage any type of course, where tracking student attendance and attainment is important. Please Note: This is purely intended as a simple in-house system with the emphasis on tracking student/pupil attendance and attainment. The program is not really designed for managing courses that are held at random or where the students are one-time attendees only. Consequently it does not have the facility to send booking confirmations to attendees or enable on-line bookings to be taken.
