Software Support

The Avalon Bookings Manager is backed by a support service. The first twelve months software support is included with the software licence fee. From year two onwards you have the option to continue with the support service

The support service provides access to our help line, Email support and the facility to download program releases from the Users Page of this web site.

In some circumstances we can provide remote access support. The support service is confined to the Bookings Manager program itself. We do not provide hardware or network support services

Customer Training

We can provide customer training on the Avalon Bookings Manager at your premises, for which we charge very reasonable prices. Prices depend on the nature of training and where you are located.
